Public website
Website Privacy Notice
Published and last revised: 27 August 2026.
1. Scope
This notice covers the public website at glassbridge.yachts. The separately authenticated GlassBridge Cloud application has its own account and vessel-data context.
2. Website data
The public site is static and does not run analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural tracking or a public enquiry database. The hosting provider may create ordinary access and security logs containing an address, time, requested path and browser information.
3. Direct enquiries
The contact page opens your configured email application. Information you choose to send is handled by your email provider and the approved OnPoint business mailbox. Do not include credentials, precise vessel position, private endpoints, camera media or other sensitive vessel information.
4. Product media
Published product images are prepared to exclude user identity, private hostnames, network addresses, persistent equipment identifiers, precise position, camera media and installation-specific entertainment data.
5. Cookies
The public website does not set application, analytics or advertising cookies. The GlassBridge film is self-hosted; following a link to YouTube, Facebook or another service places you under that service's privacy terms.
6. Retention and requests
Business enquiry records are retained only as reasonably required to assess and respond, maintain legitimate records, protect communications and meet applicable obligations. Contact peter@onpointgroup.global for a privacy request.
7. Security
The public site uses HTTPS and restrictive browser security headers. No internet communication can be guaranteed completely secure, so use an approved secure channel before sharing sensitive installation material.
