GlassBridge product guide · Updated 20 September 2026
Before the technical review
Bring the equipment and the intended experience together.
A new build starts with the selected systems. A refit starts with the equipment already aboard. In both cases, record what the owner and crew need to see or control before selecting the integration scope.
- Vessel and timing: builder, model or refit context, yard window and handover target.
- Equipment inventory: make, model, firmware where known, interfaces and the measurements or actions needed.
- Network and power: appliance and rack location, Ethernet routes, PoE demand, supply arrangement and UPS scope.
- Displays: helm, engineering, salon, cabins and crew locations; fixed marine display or removable companion.
- People and permissions: owner, captain, engineering, crew, guest stay and separate Cloud access.
- Commissioning: identify each source, verify readings and permitted actions, and check missing or stale data.
- Handover: agree system map, display/role setup, recovery checks, acceptance record and operator introduction.
